Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026. This policy explains how we handle information you share with us through this website.
01Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us. When you use our contact form, that is your name, email address, phone number, company name and the contents of your message. When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email directly, we hold the information you share in that conversation.
02How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver professional services you engage us for, and maintain the client records required of a regulated professional practice. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
03How your form request is handled
This website is hosted as a static site and does not store form submissions on a server. Submitting our booking form opens WhatsApp with your request pre-filled so it is delivered directly to our team; no copy is retained by the website itself. Emails you send us are stored in our ordinary business email system.
04Website data & analytics
Like most websites, we may use standard web analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are visited and from where. This data is used to improve the site and is not used to identify individual visitors.
05Retention
Information you send us is retained for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, where we act for you, for the periods required by professional and statutory record-keeping obligations in Nepal.
06Your rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and request that it be corrected or deleted, subject to our legal retention obligations. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

For any privacy question, contact Banking Stack Pvt. Ltd. at info@bankingstack.com.np or +977 9851072809, House No. 144, Level 5, Bhattarai Complex, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu, Nepal.
